Who are your clients?

Our clients are carriers, MGAs, and larger agencies. Most of them operate in P&C, with a growing number on the life side as well. The organizations that benefit most from Producerflow usually have some engineering capacity in-house because they can integrate our capabilities deeply into their systems. Those integrations often become a core part of how they manage onboarding and compliance across their distribution partners.

What does your product do?

Producerflow manages onboarding, licensing, appointments, and ongoing compliance for carriers, MGAs, and agencies. We help them collect and validate the required information, track statuses in real time, and ensure producers remain compliant. The platform integrates directly into CRMs, policy admin systems, and other internal applications, allowing clients to manage these processes inside their existing workflows. The result is a significant reduction in manual work and a far more efficient distribution operation.

How much capital have you raised?

Producerflow originated inside Agentero as an internal tool. Agentero has raised roughly 30 million dollars in total funding, but Producerflow itself has not raised external capital. It was created to solve a real operational challenge inside the company, and repeated requests from partners to use the tool led us to spin it out as a standalone product.

Was the company born from within or outside the industry?

It was born from within the industry. The product was developed to help Agentero manage licensing, compliance, and distribution validation at scale. After proving it internally and hearing consistent demand from carriers and MGAs, we decided to offer it as its own solution.

What growth metrics have you accomplished over the last 12 months?

Producerflow has focused on validating product market fit, reaching the first million in annual recurring revenue, and preparing to scale from that foundation. We currently serve tens of carriers and MGAs, and hundreds of agencies use our capabilities through Agentero’s ecosystem. Many customers have adopted the platform after migrating from expensive or inflexible legacy systems, which reinforces the market need and the strength of our value proposition.

Within your domain, what is the current challenge that the industry is facing?

Distribution compliance and onboarding remain heavily manual and slow. When Agentero began onboarding large numbers of agencies, we had to validate licensing, E&O coverage, and compliance details across hundreds of partners. No solution in the market could meet the flexibility or automation we needed. Enterprise tools were costly, difficult to integrate, and not built for modern, API-first workflows.

Carriers and MGAs still struggle with these same issues. Even when they receive new distribution partners, it often takes weeks or months to bring them into their systems. That delay hurts momentum, slows down revenue generation, and wastes internal resources.

How does Producerflow take a unique approach to providing value?

Producerflow offers an API-first approach that allows clients to embed our capabilities directly into their internal systems or build their own user interfaces on top of our infrastructure. The platform is flexible and modular, so clients can adopt individual components or use the entire system. Since it started as an internal tool, it is also significantly more cost-efficient than many legacy options, often saving customers 30 to 50 percent on technology and operational overhead. Beyond the software, the process improvements save large amounts of time and eliminate manual steps that previously slowed distribution down.

What inspired the team to start this company?

The inspiration came from a problem we needed to solve ourselves. When we began scaling Agentero’s network, no tool on the market could handle onboarding and compliance with the flexibility and speed we needed. After building our own system and seeing strong interest from carrier partners who faced the same issues, it became clear that the industry needed a more modern, scalable approach. The team has a passion for solving complex problems, and ProducerFlow grew naturally from that mindset.

Can you share any goals for the next 12 months?

Over the next year, we want to highlight more customer success stories that show how much efficiency and improvement organizations experience after adopting Producerflow. Those examples help the industry understand what is possible and inspire change in organizations still relying on manual processes. We will continue to follow our growth milestones, build on the momentum we created this year, and expand the team to support increased demand. The goal is to scale while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and continuing to refine and strengthen the platform.
